Evi Tchernikhovski

Evi Tchernikhovski is a contemporary artist based in Tel Aviv. Born in Columbia, Tchernikhovski has studied in Madrid, Florence, and Tel Aviv. In recent works she employs muted acrylics heavily, focusing on the Israeli street scape. Older works tend towards semi-mystical interpretations of landscapes and still lifes. By utilizing different media, Tchernikhovski's style emerges in a kind of flux, her unbounded approach embodying her perception of the world.
