Mindy Stricke is a photographer. "I use my camera to explore liminal spaces—those periods of time and space that hover between the moments one can actually see with the naked eye. I find myself drawn to a subject, and the camera helps guide me to what may be hidden. I love the transformations my photos help me discover about the world and myself—the essence of what is revealed in an object or a person when I see it in black and white, veiled in shadow, framed in an unexpected way, or blurred in a long exposure."
